I'm the type of girl that usually likes to admire nature from a distance. Camping? My worst nightmare. Dirt? No, thanks. Laying in the grass? I'd rather not. But when it comes to Zion National Park, I can't stay away. Zion is one of the most breathtaking places I've ever been to. So, even though I've already been there twice before, I jumped at the chance to take a trip there last weekend.
We drove up to Utah to spend all day Saturday hiking the Narrows and although it was completely exhausting, it was well worth it. The weather was amazing. We traveled with some really fun people. The scenery was absolutely captivating. And it was my husband's birthday! This trip was such a fun and adventurous way to celebrate his special day.
I know I'm always recommending that you all visit these different places, BUT I'm serious when I say that if you live anywhere in the vicinity of Utah, you MUST take a trip to Zion National Park. And even though my pictures don't do justice to the real thing, maybe these will inspire you to take a trip to Zion yourself.
Have you been to Zion National Park? Did you love it as much as I did? What other National Parks should be on everyone's list of places to visit? Let me know in the comments!
